Dry roast coriander seeds fennel seeds and dried red chillies
Grind the spices to a rough powder and keep aside
In a wok add oil then add finely chopped onions and fry it till golden brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for a min till the raw smell of ginger garlic vanishes
Then add salt and turmeric and the coarse grinded dry spices and fry it nicely add chopped tomatoes fry it nicely add some water and cover it for 5 mins so the tomatoes get cooked nicely
Nicely mix all the ingredients and mash the ingredients nicely with the back of the spoon
Cut small paneer into small pieces and add to the wok mix nicely add some water to it and cover it to cook it for 5 mins
Check and adjust consistency sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati
Note: fennel seeds add a very nice flavour to the dish
